New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was presented with this game ball after leading the Patriots to a 38-20 win over the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field on November 27th, 2011. Hernandez caught 6 passes for 62 yards as the sophomore tight end gave Tom Brady a reliable outlet in the passing game. Brady finished the contest with a 24-34 passing line for 361 yards and three touchdowns. Hernandez had the best season of his career in 2011, setting career-high numbers in receptions (79), receiving yards (950), and touchdowns (7) for the AFC champion Patriots.
