St. Louis running back Steven Jackson took a handoff from Sam Bradford and raced 47 yards for a touchdown on the Rams’ first play from scrimmage in the 2011 season-opener at home against the Eagles. It was a dynamic play from Jackson, who sported this signed, game-used home jersey in the contest, which fell on the 10th anniversary of 9/11.

Jackson signed the jersey in bold, black sharpie on the “9” on the front and back of his number “39” uniform. The left chest of the jersey features a commemorative stitched red, white and blue ribbon patch that reads “9.11.01 * 9.11.11.” “JACKSON” appears across the back in white tackle twill on a navy blue name plate, with his number “39” on the chest, back and shoulders in gold-on-white tackle twill. Rams logo patches and Reebok emblems are stitched on both shoulders. The inside collar features a white strip tag that reads “11-48 LB” for the jersey’s year and size. The right chest of the jersey features Jackson’s captain patch, while “Rams” is stitched below the neck. The fitted mesh jersey shows moderate signs of game use, including what looks to be paint from Eagles helmets on the front “39.” The signed jersey comes with a PSA/DNA COA, verification number N77629.
