Andruw Jones spent his final season in 2012 with the New York Yankees. When it was all said and done, Jones finished his career with 434 home runs and was widely regarded as one of the top defensive center fielders of his era. This offered Marucci AJ18 model bat was used by Jones during his last season of 2012. This bat displays heavy use and is un-cracked. There are several ball marks, stitch impressions and blue ink transfers present on the barrel. There is a coating of Mota Stick on the handle and Jones’ number ”22’ has been stamped in white on the knob. Also stamped on the knob is the bat’s manufacture date “03/01/12”. Jones signed his name in black marker on the barrel and inscribed “Game Used 2012 New York Yankees”.  This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15254) for the game use. Please note that the consignor did not want to purchase the grading on this bat. However, we can inform all potential bidders that this bat has been pre-certified as a GU 10 by PSA/DNA and if the winning bidder chooses to have this bat graded, it will be guaranteed to receive a GU 10 grade. There is also a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (C99686) for his signature.
