The Atlanta Braves’ huge run of success in the 1990s was linked to more than just a dominant pitching staff. It signaled the rise of third baseman and Hall of Famer Chipper Jones, who went on to win a World Series with the team in 1995 and National League MVP award in 1999. Jones finished the 2012 season, his final season in the Majors, with a .287 batting average, 14 home runs and 62 RBI. Jones finished his career with a .303 batting average, 468 home runs and 1,623 RBI.

This button-down Atlanta Braves Majestic Cool Base home alternate ivory jersey that features the eight-time All-Star’s signature in bold, silver Sharpie across the “0” on the back of his number “10” uniform. Jones inscribed “Game Used 2012” at the bottom of the “0” also in vivid silver Sharpie. The jersey features “Braves” sewn across the chest and Jones’ number “10” on the front and back, all in red-on-navy blue tackle twill. Navy blue piping surround the collar and down each side of the buttons and “JONES” appears across the back in navy blue tackle twill on a matching ivory name plate. The left sleeve has an “ATLANTA BRAVES 1876” crossing tomahawk patch. The front tail features a “Majestic Authentic Collection” screen print with a white strip tag below that reads “48 ’12 S14,” indicating the jersey’s size, year and set number. The jersey, which will never be worn by another Braves player again, shows light to moderate use and comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (EK236692) for the game use and a LOA from JSA (Z76396) for his signature.
