The Atlanta Braves’ huge run of success in the 1990s was linked to more than just a dominant pitching staff. It signaled the rise of third baseman Chipper Jones, who went on to win a World Series with the team in 1995 and National League MVP award in 1999.

2012 was the last season for the soon-to-be Hall of Famer as he wore this white, button-down Atlanta Braves Majestic Cool Base home jersey that features the eight-time All-Star’s signature in bold, silver Sharpie across the “0” on the back of his number “10” uniform. Jones inscribed “2012 Game Used Final Season” at the bottom of the “0” also in vivid silver Sharpie. The jersey features “Braves” sewn across the chest above a tomahawk and Jones’ number “10” on the front and back, all in red-on-navy blue tackle twill. Blue and red piping surround the collar and down each side of the buttons and “JONES” appears across the back in navy blue tackle twill on a matching white name plate. The front tail features a “Majestic Authentic Collection” screen print with a white strip tag below that reads “48 ’12 S24,” indicating the jersey’s size, year and set number. The jersey, which will never be worn by another Braves player again, shows light to moderate use and comes with a COA from PSA/DNA (4A62729) for the signature and inscriptions and a full LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
