Dustin Pedroia, the three-time All-Star used this bat during the 2012 season in which he hit .290. The bat was broken when he grounded out against Jake Arrieta of the Baltimore Orioles in the top of the fifth inning on May 23rd at Camden Yards in Baltimore. Pedroia had singled in his prior at-bat and scored in the third inning during Boston’s 6-5 victory. This Mizuno DO34-LDM Pro Model bat has been cracked in two pieces and there is a moderate coat of pine tar on the handle and the knob end has been taped to enhance the grip. The bat comes with a MLB hologram (FJ710224) for the game use.
