The Orioles brought the teenager Manny Machado up to the Majors in August of 2012. In his second game, Manny hit not one, but two home runs, making him the youngest Oriole and 12th youngest player in history to record two home runs in a game. The next season would see Machado make his first All-Star Game and win his first Gold Glove Award at third base.
This rookie-era Marucci RT24-A model bat is un-cracked and shows excellent use. The stamping on the knob indicates the bat was manufactured on 10-8-12, which makes this bat a 2013 gamer. Manny’s number “13” is hand-written on the knob and he has signed the barrel in black marker. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B07932) for the game use and has been graded a perfect GU 10 and a STICKER ONLY from PSA/DNA (V82104) for the signature.
