In 2013 Mike Trout just continued where his 2012 Rookie of the Year season left off. The Angels sensation led the American League with 109 RBI while hitting .323 with 27 homers. Pitchers tried their best to avoid the kid's power and walked him a league leading 110 times - and then he stole 33 bases! This is one of the bats he used during that sophomore season. The Old Hickory J143M model bat is un-cracked and shows excellent use. The barrel exhibits many ball marks with stitch impressions along with cleat imprints and blue bat rack paint streaks. An impression of a weighted batting donut is visible and the handle has been taped in a spiral pattern to enhance the grip. The manufacturer’s date code of “12” signifies it being of 2012 vintage and PSA/DNA opines that it was actually used by Trout in the following season. Trout has signed the barrel in silver marker. This is a great early gamer from the game’s most exciting player. The bat comes with a full GU 9.5 graded LOA from PSA/DNA (1B08231) for the game use and a STICKER ONLY from PSA/DNA (X52523) for the signature.
