Newly acquired Houston Rockets point guard Chris Paul wore these sneakers during the 2012-13 NBA season, which he spent with the Los Angeles Clippers. Paul was an All-Star that season, averaging 16.9 points and 9.7 assists per game as a part of the Clippers fearsome “Lob City” offense. Paul was a terror on the defensive end as well, leading the NBA in steals per game.
These shoes are size 12.5 Jordan CP3 VIII low top sneakers. The body is blue and white camouflage, with a black toe and heel. A red Jumpman logo is embroidered on each heel. “CP” is applied to the tongue in red, below a red embroidered heartbeat graph. The laces are blue, and the soles are red, blue, white, and black. Paul signed the outside of each shoe in black pen. These shoes come with an individual COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (C035823, C03584) for the signature, and a LOA from MEARS for game use.
