Former Tampa Bay Rays third baseman Evan Longoria used this Louisville Slugger I13 bat during the June 14th, 2014 game at Houston to hit his 170th career home run. Longoria accounted for all three of Tampa’s runs in the game for the Rays using this bat as he finished the day with going 2-for-4 with three RBI and the fifth inning home run off Astros pitcher Jarred Cosart. This bat displays outstanding game use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks and blue ink transfers present on the barrel. There is a light coating of pine tar on the upper handle and a coating of Mota Stick on the lower handle. Affixed to the knob is a sticker with the bat’s manufacture date “9/23/13”, Longoria’s number “3” and the length/weight “33.5/31.5”. Longoria has signed his name in blue marker on the barrel and inscribed “GAME USED JUNE 14 2014 TAMPA AT HOUSTON HR OFF PITCHER JARRED COSART”. This bat comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ158452), authenticating this bat’s use on June 14, 2014 for the home run in the top of the fifth inning. There is also a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B09315) for the game use and a COA from JSA (DD17419) for his signature and inscription.
