George Springer, the 2017 World Series MVP, was still a hopeful minor leaguer back in 2013 when he was using this bat. Springer split 2013 between Corpus Christi of the Texas League and the Oklahoma City of the Class AAA Pacific Coast League, becoming a member of the elite 30 home runs/30 stolen bases club and ended the year ranked as Baseball America’s 18th-best minor league prospect. Springer’s minor league-used Chandler CC13E model bat shows moderate use with a cracked handle. The barrel shows several ball marks and contact scuffs. A light coat of pine tar is found on the handle and Springer has signed the barrel in contrasting silver marker. This bat comes with an LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13690) for the game use and an LOA from JSA (Z69531) for the signature.
