Former Major League manager Jim Leyland won 1,769 games in 22 seasons as manager of the Pittsburgh Pirates, Florida Marlins, Colorado Rockies and Detroit Tigers. Leyland spent his first 11 of those seasons in Pittsburgh, where he was Manager of the Year in 1990 and 1992, leading the Pirates to three consecutive National League East titles. Leyland also was Manager of the Year for the Detroit Tigers in 2006.

Leyland wore this Majestic button-down size 44 home white Detroit Tigers jersey during the 2013 postseason, where the Tigers advanced to the American League Championship Series. The Old English Detroit “D” is sewn on the upper left front chest of this jersey in navy blue tackle twill. Navy piping runs around the collar and down the front. The Majestic label is stitched to the lower right front tail with a white team strip tag that reads “10 44 ‘13 PL 1 614”. The back of the jersey has “LEYLAND” and his number “10” sewn on in navy blue tackle twill. The MLB logo patch is sewn on the upper back neck in navy blue and white. The Majestic logo is embroidered in navy blue on the left sleeve and a “2013 Postseason” patch is sewn on the right sleeve. The jersey displays light use. On the number “1” on the back of the jersey in silver marker, Leyland signed his name. He inscribed “Game Used Postseason 2013” on the “0”. This jersey comes with a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (B53117) and a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
