Klay Thompson, one half of the Golden State Warriors’ sharp-shooting “Splash Brothers”, wore these Nike Hyperdunk high-top sneakers during the 2012-2013 NBA season. Thompson, in his second season out of Washington State, started all 82 games for the playoff bound Warriors in 2012-13, scoring 16.6 points per game while shooting over 40% from deep.  Thompson and his backcourt mate Stephen Curry led the Warriors to a 47-35 record and a second-place finish in the Pacific Division. Their playoff victory over the Denver Nuggets was their first postseason series victory since the magical “We Believe” Warriors of 2007. This was the season that sparked the Warriors upcoming dynasty, with Thompson and Curry leading the team to one of the most dominant stretches in American sports history.

These size 15 Nike Hyperdunk shoes are primarily black, with white accents and a white heel. “HYPERDUNK” is printed on the tongue in letters that resemble Norse runes. White Nike swoosh logos are applied to each side of the shoes. Thompson has signed each toe in silver marker, adding his number “11” above each signature. These shoes come with a LOA from JSA (Z78142) for the signatures.
