Zach LaVine, formerly of the Minnesota Timberwolves, wore this T-Wolves shooting shirt during the 2014-15 NBA season, his first in the Association. LaVine, the 13th overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, averaged 10.1 points and 3.6 assists per game during his rookie season, earning All-Rookie Second Team honors at the end of the year. LaVine claimed the Slam Dunk Contest title during All-Star Weekend, a feat he would replicate the following season. The sprightly LaVine played three seasons with the Timberwolves, averaging a career-high 18.9 points per game in 2016-17, before a blockbuster deal in the 2017 offseason sent him to Chicago in exchange for Jimmy Butler.
This white shooting shirt is short sleeved, with a quarter-length zipper on the front. A Timberwolves “T” logo and an Adidas logo are printed on the chest. The sleeves are accented in black, and three Adidas stripes run down each sleeve. A large Timberwolves logo is printed on the back of the shirt. A NBA logo patch is sewn on the front right tail, while an Adidas size “L” tag is sewn on the front left tail. “14-15 Home Set 1” and “8-Lavine” are written on the tag in black marker. An “L2” flag with a black marker “8” written on is attached to the back inside collar. LaVine has signed the front left chest of the jersey in black marker. This item comes with a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication for the signature (D01021) and a LOA from the Timberwolves equipment manager for the signature. Please note that although the LOA lists this as a road shooting shirt, the Timberwolves often wear white at home.
