The all black leather infielder’s glove with its closed web pocket makes it perfect for a pitcher like Chris Sale. Sale used this glove to pitch an ERA of 2.03, 7 strike-outs, 4 hits, 4 runs, and 3 BBs against the Yankees during the August 24, 2014 game. The left-handed pitching machine can easily be considered one of the best pitchers to play the game. Over the wrist, middle finger, and pocket are the three Mizuno logos in dark yellow. On the ring-finger is Chris Sale’s name sewn into the glove in the same dark yellow tackle twill. The glove was autographed over the thumb in silver marker. This lot comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ06476) and a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1G00381).
