Brazil faced Croatia in this group stage match at Arena de São Paulo, with Neymar, wearing Brazil's prestigious number "10" kit, scoring a pair of goals on a stunning 25-yard strike and a composed 71st minute penalty to earn Man of the Match honors in Brazil's 3-1 win. As a controversial non-selection to Brazil's 2010 FIFA World Cup team, this match was essentially Neymar's coming out party on a global stage.
