Hall of Famer. This unique booklet represents an incredible collectible of Leroy Robert "Satchel" Paige (1906-1982). Paige broke into the major leagues as a 42-year-old rookie in 1948, and the same year brought about his accomplishment as the first former Negro Leaguer to pitch in the World Series. This booklet incorporates a very strong, blue ballpoint cut signature, as well as a game used jersey swatch. A superlative "One of One" commemorative, showcasing a pack-fresh appearance.

Panini's "National Treasure" booklets stand among the hobby's most cherished autograph/memorabilia cards. The items consist of two panels separated by a decorative binding that allows the assembly to be once-folded to standard, single-card size. A statement on the booklet's back asserts Panini's guarantee of genuineness for the vintage components, and serves as the item's COA. An additional statement assures proper licensing through the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, Inc.
