Rodriguez, playing in his penultimate MLB season, finished hitless in this contest. Over the rest of the 2015 season, Rodriguez had his year at the plate since 2010, hitting 33 homers with 86 RBI for the 87-75 Yankees. The legendary slugger retired after the 2016 season with 696 home runs and 2,086 RBI.
