A member of the “Original Six” era of the National Hockey League, the Chicago Blackhawks had won three Stanley Cups by the start of the 2010 season, but none since 1961. Then – suddenly – the franchise began a dynasty, matching their previous number of titles in just six seasons, winning hockey’s ultimate prize in 2010, 2013 and again in 2015. The 2015 squad – which finished the regular season with 102 points – did it with defense and goaltending, ranking first in the league in fewest goals allowed. Primary goalie Corey Crawford won 32 games with a 2.27 goals against average, while Scott Darling (nine wins, 1.94 GAA) and Antti Raanta (seven victories, 1.89 GAA) were also stellar between the pipes. Jonathan Toews (28 goals, 66 points) and Patrick Kane (27 goals, 64 points) led the way offensively. Chicago capped off the season with a victory in the Stanley Cup Finals over the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Presented here is a Jostens 14K gold 2015 Chicago Blackhawks Stanley Cup Champions ring, featuring a mind-boggling 355 VS-graded diamonds with a total carat weight of 10.7. The center displays a beautiful Blackhawks logo - set with 34 round brilliant-cut diamonds and four marquise-shaped diamonds – that sits on a bed of 25 custom tapered princess-cut diamonds and an additional 25 princess-cut diamonds. “STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS” reads around the perimeter in relief work, surrounded by four rows of additional diamonds. Centering the left shank is the team’s tomahawk logo – made up of diamonds – with the name “LAWSON” above it and “BLACKHAWKS” below. Images of six Stanley Cup trophies – comprised of diamonds – appear on the opposite shank, each with the year it was won engraved on top. “CHICAGO 2015” is displayed among the trophies. Inscribed inside the band is “ONE GOAL” – along with the silhouette of the Stanley Cup – as well as the logos of Chicago’s playoff opponents and series results. The JOSTENS and 14K marks also appear inside the band. No previous 2015 Blackhawks ring is believed to have ever come to auction, and in terms of weight and stones, this is also believed to be the biggest hockey ring ever produced. This ring is an approximate size 11 ½ and weighs approximately 96.0 grams. Item includes the original wooden hinged presentation box, which features the team logo on the outside, and images of six Stanley Cups (with years listed) along with “2015 STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS SHANE LAWSON” etched on mirrored glass. This item comes with a LOA from Strength and Conditioning Coach Shane Lawson and a COA from Jostens.
