Entering his fourth season in the league, Mike Trout was the 2012 American League Rookie of the Year and 2014 AL MVP and finished in second place for the 2013 AL MVP vote. Trout kept his his Hall of Fame pace going in 2015 as he hit a career-high 41 home runs and drove in 90 with a .298 batting average. He would again finish second in the AL MVP vote in 2015, but the groundwork for a Hall of Fame career has been established.
Trout wore this Los Angeles Angels cap during the 2015 season. This 7 ½ New Era 59FIFTY hat is all red with the Angels halo “A” logo sewn in raised red stitching on a navy border on the front. The MLB logo is embroidered on the back and the underside of the brim is black. Trout’s number “27” is handwritten in black marker on the inside shell. Trout has signed this cap in black marker on the brim and inscribed “15 G/U”. This cap comes with a LOA from Anderson Authentics (1872) for the game use and signature.
