2015 was a breakout year for Colorado Rockies third baseman Nolan Arenado as he led the National League in home runs with 42, RBI with 130 and total bases with 354, all while making his first All-Star Game appearance. Arenado also earned his third straight Gold Glove Award and won his first Silver Slugger Award. Used by the Rockies young star during that ’15 season, the Old Hickory J154 model bat shows awesome game use. The barrel is covered with ball marks with stitch impressions and white leather ball scuffs. Abrasions and cleat imprints abound and there are many scuffs from contact with other equipment. The handle has been taped to enhance the grip and a heavy coat of pine tar applied. The knob end has a Rockies team sticker with Arenado’s number “28” affixed. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B17609) for the game use and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9.
