As one of the Yankees top prospects, Aaron Judge hit .270 with 19 home runs and 65 RBIs for their AAA farm club in Scranton/Wilkes Barre in 2016. Along with a spot on the International League All-Star team, Judge earned a late season call up to New York that fall. Judge’s minor league-used Marucci AJ-28 model bat is un-cracked and shows excellent use. Several ball marks and blue ink transfers are visible on the barrel as are cleat imprints. A moderate coat of pine tar is on the handle and Judge’s number “99” is on a Schutte sticker affixed to the knob. The sticker carries the logo of the minor league Scranton/Wilkes Barre RailRiders. A great minor league gamer, from the young star that single-handedly reinvigorated the Yankees and propelled them into the post season. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14771) for the game use and has been graded a near-perfect GU 8.5.
