Cincinnati Reds star Joey Votto wore this Reds batting helmet for 119 games during the 2016 season. In those 119 games while wearing this Rawlings S100 Pro Comp model helmet, Votto hit 24 of his season total 29 home runs. Votto first wore this helmet on May 18th and continued its use for the remainder of the regular season.
This size 7 3/8 helmet has the Reds wishbone “C” logo affixed to the front in white and black. Votto’s number “19” and the MLB logo decals are affixed to the back of the helmet. The all-black interior padding is still intact with the Rawlings and MLB Authentic labels sewn on in opposite sides. This helmet displays heavy game use with scratches, gashes and pine tar surrounding the helmet. This helmet comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ949729) and a LOA from Sports Investors Authentication (180725A1).
