Los Angeles Angels superstar centerfielder Mike Trout wore this red alternate jersey on June 15th, 2016. The Angels took on the Minnesota Twins at Angel Stadium of Anaheim that night, defeating them 10-2. Trout, the consensus best player in baseball, did what he could for the Angels, finishing the game 0-2, but had two walks and scored three times in four plate appearances.

Trout finished the 2016 season with an incredible Triple Crown slash line of .315/29/100 while stealing 30 bases and leading all of baseball in on-base percentage (.441), runs (123), and walks (116). The New Jersey native ran away with his second American League MVP award while also making the fifth All-Star team of his career.
