In the December 27, 2017 game against the Utah Jazz, the Golden State Warriors came out of half time and turned on the pain, scoring an incredible 42 points against a stunned Jazz defense in the third quarter. The team had been hobbled by the loss of Stephen Curry, but as he often did during his debut season with the team, Kevin Durant stepped in and upped his game during his teammate’s absence. By the time the carnage ended, Golden State had defeated the Jazz 126-101. Kevin Durant was the high scorer, responsible for 21 points, six rebounds and four assists.

Via photo matching, it has been determined that this is the jersey Durant was wearing during the game that featured that third quarter scoring onslaught. This white home mesh jersey has the Golden State Warriors logo patch on the front with Durant’s number “35”. A Nike patch is sewn on the right shoulder and the left has a Rakuten patch. A size 50 Nike label with “12.28.1” in black marker is sewn in the lower left front tail with a “GSWW01106” serial number patch and “LENGTH +4” hangtag. A Nike stamped size 60 label is inside the collar. The back has “DURANT” and his number “35” in blue tackle twill sewn directly to the jersey. The jersey shows tremendous game use, with many abrasion scuffs from contact throughout, most noticeably on the front below the Warriors logo patch. A true Durant gamer! The last Durant regular season game used jersey from the 2017-18 season sold at public auction realized a final hammer price of over $46,000.
