This bat has been photo-matched to Evan Longoria’s use during the May 13, 2017 Mother’s Day game as well as the follow day’s game against the Boston Red Sox at Fenway. The Ray’s third baseman went hitless in the first game but banged out two hits in four at-bats in the May 14th game. This special pink Louisville Slugger I13 model bat is un-cracked and shows heavy use. There are many ball marks with stitch impressions on the barrel along with blue ink transfers and cleat imprints. The impression of a weighted batting donut can be seen and there is a moderate coat of pine tar on the handle. A Schutte sticker with Longoria’s number “3” is affixed to the knob end and the Rays star has signed the barrel in black marker adding the year “2017.” The bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15427) and has been graded a perfect GU 10, plus a signed LOA from Evan Longoria for the game use. Additionally, there is a COA from JSA for the signature (CC55406).
