In 2017, his first full season in the majors, Gary Sanchez hit 33 homers, shattering Yogi Berra’s long-held record for most home runs by a Yankees catcher. Sanchez’s 2017 Victus APV-M model bat shows excellent use with a crack from the handle into the barrel. Several ball marks are visible on the barrel along with white leather ball scuffs and blue ink transfers. There are cleat imprints on the right and back barrel and abrasions from contact with other bats are in evidence. A moderate coat of Mota Stick is on the handle and the bats length and weight “34/31.5” are stamped into the knob. Sanchez has signed the barrel in contrasting gold marker. The bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B16027) for the game use and Steiner hologram sticker for the signature.
