Boston Red Sox outfielder Andrew Benintendi followed up his solid 2017 rookie season with another impressive 2018, where he batted .290 with 16 home runs and drove in 87 as he helped lead the Red Sox to a World Series title.

Benintendi wore this Majestic Flex Base size 42 road gray Boston Red Sox jersey during the first third of the 2018 season and this button-down jersey has been photo matched to nine games (May 6, 8, 9, June 2, 3, 11, 12, 13 and 17). During those nine games combined Benintendi went 13-30 (.433) with four home runs and seven RBI. This jersey features “BOSTON” sewn on across the chest in Tuscan font with red and navy tackle twill. A sky-blue “Father’s Day” ribbon patch is adhered above the “O” on the left side of the jersey, which was worn for the June 17th game. The Majestic size 42 tag is screen-printed on the bottom front left tail and an additional Majestic tag with a bar code is affixed vertically to the center tail and reads “#16 BENINTENDI 2018 42-1B”.

The back of the jersey has “BENINTENDI” and his number “16” in McAuliffe style numbering in red and navy tackle twill. The rubberized MLB logo patch is sewn on the upper back neck. The left sleeve has the Red Sox’s hanging socks logo patch above the Majestic logo, which is embroidered in red. This jersey displays excellent game use with dirt stains on the front and upper shoulders. This jersey comes with a LOA from Sports Investors Authentication (180813A7), who have authenticated the jersey and photo matched it to the aforementioned games. There is also an MLB Authenticated hologram (JD160506), authenticating this jersey’s use by Benintendi on the June 17th game.
