Milwaukee Brewers slugger Christian Yelich was the boost the team needed in 2018. Acquired from the Miami Marlins for four players following the 2017 season, Yelich’s first season in Milwaukee saw him win the batting title with a .326 batting average and his 36 home runs and 110 RBI fell only two home runs and one RBI short of the Triple Crown. Yelich and the Brewers won the NL Central and took the Los Angeles Dodgers to seven games of the NLCS.

Entering the 2019 season, Yelich had 95 career home runs. By early May, Yelich had not only surpassed the 100-home run career mark, but surpassed it as he belted his 110th career home run during the May 5th game against the New York Mets while wearing this navy Brewers jersey. Yelich’s home run came in the bottom of the third inning of Mets’ pitcher Jason Vargas as his two-run shot gave the Brewers a 3-0 lead and proved to be the winning margin of the game as Milwaukee held on to a 3-2 victory.

This Majestic Flex Base size 44 jersey button-down jersey features “Milwaukee” and Yelich’s number “22” sewn on in white, navy and gold tackle twill across the front. The Majestic tag is screen-printed on the bottom front left tail and an additional Majestic bar code tag is printed vertically on the center front tail that reads “YELICH 2019 44 +1B+1S333”. The left sleeve has the classic Brewers “MB” glove logo patch, while the right sleeve has the “MLB 150” patch. The back of the jersey has “YELICH” and his number “22” sewn on in white, navy and gold tackle twill. The plastic MLB logo patch in Brewers’ colors is sewn on the outside back collar. This jersey displays light game use and is a terrific gamer from the reigning NL MVP. This item comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (JD556712) for the game use authenticating that Yelich wore this jersey during the May 5th, 2019 game.
