Former Milwaukee Bucks and Atlanta Hawks shooting guard Sidney Moncrief joined basketball’s immortality when he was enshrined into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2019. The 6’3” guard from Arkansas enjoyed a stellar NBA career with 11,931 points, 3,575 rebounds and 2,793 assists. Moncrief was a five-time All-Star, a two-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year, a four-time NBA All-Defensive First Team and was named to the All-NBA First Team in 1983.

Moncrief was inducted into the Hall of Fame on September 6th, 2019 and was presented with this trophy. This trophy measures 19 ½ inches tall and is made of metal, painted brown, with a 7 ½-inch diameter 1 ½-inch high base. “Sidney Moncrief” is etched in black on a gold plate on the front of the base and in raised relief on the top of the base is “ENSHRINEE BASKETBALL HALL OF FAME”. The second layer of the base has in raised relief “NAISMITH MEMORIAL”. From the base, the rest of this award rises to 17 inches tall with a basketball on top. A wonderful item received from a Hall of Famer directly from the Hall of Fame. This comes with a LOA from Sidney Moncrief.
