After splitting the first two games of the 2020 Western Conference Semi-Finals in the Orlando Bubble at Disney World, the Los Angeles Lakers and Houston Rockets played a pivotal Game 3 on September 8th, 2020. Led by the scoring of LeBron James (36 points) and the double-double of Anthony Davis (26 points & 15 rebounds), the Lakers pulled away for a 112-102 victory to take hold of the series. Los Angeles would continue to build off the key Game 3 victory by winning the next two games to advance and would ultimately capture the franchise’s 17th NBA title – matching the Boston Celtics for the all-time lead.
