The 2020 AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, Herbert set a new NFL record with 31 touchdown passes as a rookie. A statement on the card’s back by Panini attests to the authenticity of the signature, and serves as the item’s COA. The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered “32/99.” Gem Mint condition.
