A strong-armed, dual-threat gunslinger out of Oregon, Herbert achieved a new NFL rookie-record with 31 touchdown passes in the 2020 campaign. A vivid blue ink signature by the Chargers quarterback is framed by a pair of multicolored authentic memorabilia tag patches. A statement on the card’s back by Panini attests to the authenticity of the signature and patch components, and serves as the item’s COA. The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered “1/1.” Gem Mint condition.
