Babe Ruth and Hank Aaron combined to hit for a combined 1,469 home runs and sit only behind Barry Bonds on the all-time home run list. On the opposite end of the spectrum, Left Grove led the American League in strikeouts seven times, ERA nine times and was the 1931 American League MVP. All three greats were elected to the Hall of Fame and all three have signed this Official League baseball. Ruth signed his name in faded black ink on his customary sweet spot location, while Hank Aaron’s blue ink signature is on the adjacent side panel. Next to Aaron’s signed panel is the signature of Lefty Grove, whose autograph was penned in black ink. Grove’s signature is faded but still readable. This baseball has red and white stitching and displays toning and the fourth signature on this baseball cannot be identified. The pairing of the Ruth and Aaron signatures make this a truly remarkable collectible. Add one of the best pitchers in the history of the game’s signature to this ball and you truly have something special. This baseball comes with a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (A03081).
