Offered is an autograph from astronaut Buzz Aldrin on an oil painting of Aldrin standing on the surface of the moon during the historic Apollo 11 mission.  Aldrin has signed “Buzz Aldrin” in black ink to the left of his figure in the painting, where he is posed in his space suit, with red, white and blue flag painted on his left shoulder, and the image of the lunar module reflected in his helmet.  The unframed 20 x 24-inch painting is signed by artist “A. KINLOCH” in the lower left corner in black paint.  The surface of the moon is depicted in bold gray, black and white brush strokes and dominates the painting, with the black of space in the background, and the solitary figure of Aldrin in his white space suit in the center.  This item comes with a STICKER ONLY from PSA/DNA (AE05138).
