These are the cleats Cal Ripken, Jr. used during the last game of his historic 3,262 consecutive game streak. The black cleats feature orange Nike logos on both sides and the back of each has “NIKE” and Cal’s initials, “C.R.” Both fold over tongues have Cal’s number “8” in orange and a size 11.5 label is sewn inside. The Iron Man has signed the heal of the right cleat in silver marker and has also inscribed “9-19-98 CR” on the Nike swoosh on the bottom of each cleat. These cleats come with a LOA from Cal Ripken, Jr. for the game use and signature and a certificate from Beckett Authentication stating they witnessed Cal Ripken, Jr. signing this item.
