Known as the “Cardiac Cats” this Panthers team won the NFC Championship team, but lost 32-29 to the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XXXVIII. This ring was presented to Al Wallace, a reserve defensive end. This impressively beautiful ring has the Panthers cat symbol atop a football shaped light blue stone, surrounded by 18 real diamonds also in a football shape. What at first appeared to be scratches on the panther face are actually etchings for the face details. In high relief on the perimeter is “CAROLINA PANTHERS.” Surrounding the entire face are 40 small diamonds. One shank has the name “WALLACE” with his position “DE” and number “96.” The team nickname “CARDIAC CATS” record “14-6” and replica of the Panther helmet complete the one side. The other shank has “NFC CHAMPIONS” with the NFC logo above a stadium with the Super Bowl logo and year “2003.” This solid 14K gold ring is weighs an impressive 69 grams and is a size 13. This absolutely stunning ring comes with the original solid wood presentation box (approx. 6” x 5” x 4”) with Panther logo on top with “2003 NFC CHAMPIONS.” Near Mint condition, a very impressive ring. The inside is engraved with "Jostens 14K"
