The Babe’s big familiar signature (“9”) in black steel tip fountain pen prominently occupies a side panel moving in the direction of the sweet spot and is as firm and strong as ever. The “To” and “From” are also strong grade but the name of the recipient is a bit hard to decipher. The baseball is inscribed to June. The inscribed date “4/1/47” is penned in an unknown hand. Clean white ball is in excellent condition with all manufactures labeling intact and comes with a full JSA LOA #Y84568.
