After a slow beginning to 1975, Hall of Famer Mike Schmidt showed what he was made of and rebounded to lead the National League with 38 home runs. He continued his home run tear into 1976, slugging 12 in his first 15 games and again leading the league for the third consecutive year. Schmidt’s 1975 era Adirondack 246RA model bat shows excellent use with a crack on the back barrel. A missing piece from the back barrel has been replaced and several ball marks and scuffs can be readily seen. Schmidt’s number “20” is hand written on the knob and the Hall of Famer has signed the barrel in black marker. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B12931) for the game use and has been graded a solid GU 8, along with a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication for the signature.
