Hall of Fame defensive end Jack Youngblood was the heart of the Los Angeles Rams in the late 1970s and was key in their winning the NFC Championship in 1979 season. Youngblood wore this Rams helmet circa 1970. This Riddell helmet displays outstanding game use with numerous abrasions and scratches. This dark blue helmet has the iconic ram horns in yellow. “55 YOUNGBLOOD” is on a blue sticker with white printing on the inside left ear. The facemask is gray with two bars and a middle divider. The interior padding is still intact and RIDDELL is on a white decal attached to the white leather padding holding the screws that mount the upper facemask. A great helmet from one of the great defenders in NFL history and it comes with a LOA from PM&G for the game use.
