By the mid 1980’s, Tim Raines was the most popular player on the Expos, with the Montreal fans voting the left fielder “Expos Player of the Year” in 1983, 1985 and 1986. In that last season, 1986, Raines led the National League with a .344 average and .413 on-base percentage. Raines’ 1986 era Worth WC117S model bat shows excellent use with a handle crack with a sliver missing. Raines’ number “30” is written on the knob and top barrel in black marker and the Hall of Famer has signed the barrel in blue marker. The bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B16719) for the game use and has been graded a solid GU 8, plus a COA from Beckett Authentication (G38066) for the signature.
