The signatures on this helmet include the Hall of Famers Derrick Thomas and Joe Montana, as well as Monty Grow, Tim Grunhard, Carl Peterson, Dave Szott, Greg Manusky, Louie Aguiar (signed twice), Matt Blundin, Darren Mickell, John Alt, Ron Dickerson, Greg Hill, Tracey Greene, Steve Bono, Keith Cash, Neil Smith, Tracy Rogers, J.J. Birden, Dan  Saleaumua, Lake Dawson, Willie Davis, Jay Taylor, Rob Waldrop, and several others. The signatures on this helmet have been written in black marker and this item comes with a LOA from JSA (Z67485).
