The legendary slugger Albert Pujols wore this red Los Angeles Angels batting helmet. Pujols, a member of the 600 home run and 3,000 hit club, joined the Angels from the St. Louis Cardinals in advance of the 2012 MLB season in a blockbuster free agent deal. The three-time National League MVP hit 188 home runs in his first seven seasons in the American League, making the All-Star team in 2015. Pujols hit his 500th career home run with the Angels in 2014, while number 600 came in 2017 and he recorded his 3,000th hit in 2018. A call from Cooperstown awaits Pujols in his future.
This offered batting helmet is red, with the Angels “A” logo applied to the front. Pujols’ number “5” and a MLB logo are applied to the back of the helmet. The ear flap is located over the left ear on this size “7 ?” helmet. This helmet shows extensive use.
