Presented in this lot is a Seattle Mariners warm up jacket worn during the mid-1990's by Hall of Fame lefty Randy Johnson. The Mariners began their ascent in the mid 1990's and appeared in the playoffs twice in that timeframe, memorably defeating the New York Yankees in the 1995 American League Division Series for the first playoff series victory in franchise history. This size “XXL” jacket is a zip-up, with “MARINERS” sewn across the chest in silver, navy, teal, and white tackle twill. A large Mariners logo patch is sewn on the back of the jacket and a circular logo patch is sewn on the left sleeve. A Starter tag with a handwritten blue "51" is sewn on the back inside collar. Please note that the number displays heavy bleeding. The jacket shows light to moderate use comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
