This vintage autograph book belonged to the legendary race car driver Pete DePaolo, the winner of the 1925 Indianapolis 500. This was the first edition of the Indy 500 to be completed under five hours, and DePaolo was the first driver to average over 100 miles per hour in the 500-mile race. This book has been signed by a 36 of Hollywood greats, including John Wayne, Bing Crosby, Frank Morgan, Fred Astaire, Jimmy Stewart, Don Ameche, Phil Harris, Roy Rogers, Charles Winninger, Gene Autry, Wayne Morris, Linda Darnell, George Murphy, Randolph Scott, Reginald Owen, Lumie Abner, and more.
