Presented here is a collection of five boxing fight posters autographed by legendary trainer Angelo Dundee. The first poster is from Larry Holmes’ 1982 title defense against Gerry Cooney. Holmes defeated Cooney in the 13th round of a fight where both fighters put everything they had into the squared circle. This 28 x 22 inch poster shows a colorful painting of the two fighters below “Holmes vs Cooney”, written in a very groovy font. Gerry Cooney signed the front of the poster in silver marker, while Dundee signed the back in blue marker, adding the inscription “My Poster”. This item comes with a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (B56676) for Dundee’s signature only. There are several small imperfections on this poster, but they do not detract from either signature.

Second is a poster from the Larry Holmes vs Muhammad Ali fight of 1980. Holmes won the fight when Ali’s corner threw in the towel after the 10th round. This was the second to last fight of Ali’s career. Dundee signed the back of this 28 x 22 inch poster in blue marker, inscribing “My Poster”. This item comes with a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (B56671).

Finally, three posters are for the Larry Holmes vs Marvis Frazier fight of 1983. Holmes, the defending champion, knocked the undefeated Frazier out in the first round after Frazier made the mistake of taunting the champ. Dundee signed the back of each 22 x 28 inch poster in blue marker, adding the inscription “My Poster”. These items come with individual COAs from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (B56672, B56673, and B56675). All of the posters in this lot come from the Angelo Dundee Collection.
