The first five inductees to the National Baseball Hall of Fame are honored with this collection of “First Five” Cooperstown Bat Co. commemorative bats. Ty Cobb, Honus Wagner, Christy Mathewson, Walter Johnson, and Babe Ruth are depicted on the barrel of these five bats, their likenesses and career highlights painted onto each individual barrel. This pristine set of bats, which was created in 1991, comes with a display rack to present these incredible pieces of baseball art to the world. Please note that this lot has a 25% Buyer’s Premium. Goldin Auctions will be donating 10% of the winning bid price to The Jackie Robinson Foundation.
