Hall of Famer and former NBA star Dave Bing was presented this 11x14 special plaque for the 1975 All-Star Game in Phoenix, Arizona in 1975. This was the 25th Anniversary of the event and Bing was presented with this wood plaque that reads “25th ANNUAL N.B.A. ALL-STAR GAME Dave Bing Is Presented this SPECIAL CITATION Selected to the All-Star Team in 1968, 69, 71, 74 Phoenix, Arizona-January 14, 1975”. This item comes with a full LOA from Dave Bing.
