This Official Major League Allan H. Selig baseball was used during the New York Yankees home game against the Baltimore Orioles on September 24th, 2014. This was the penultimate game at Yankee Stadium for soon-to-be Hall of Famer Derek Jeter. Jeter fouled this ball back to the screen off a pitch from Orioles’ pitcher Brad Brach in the bottom of the eighth inning. This baseball removed from play and Jeter would eventually ground out to first base with that at-bat. The ball displays outstanding game use and Jeter has signed the offered baseball on the panel to the south of Selig’s stamped signature in blue pen, writing his signature just below a Derek Jeter logo. This baseball comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ556431), a COA from Steiner Sports, and a Yankees-Steiner Collectibles LOA (206924).
