It was the investigation that took over two years to complete. Former FBI Director Robert Mueller was appointed as Special Counsel to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 Presidential Election and alleged links between associates of President Donald Trump and Russian Officials. Mueller was appointed by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and his mandate was to pursue “any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation”. The investigation began in May of 2017, just a few months after President Trump took the oath of office and concluded in March of 2019 where the report was submitted to Attorney General William Barr.

This investigation for two years was the top story in the United States and garnered worldwide attention, while President Trump tweeted about the investigation numerous times throughout the arduous process. Offered here is a copy of the full two-volume set of documents drafted by then-Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller, III that was submitted to Attorney General William Barr. Included with this multi-100-page document is an additional Volume I of II title page that has been signed by President Donald Trump. President Trump signed his name in black marker. The page that President Trump signed reads “U.S. Department of Justice” with “Attorney Work Product//May Contain Material Protected Under Fed. R. Crim. P. 6(e)” that is crossed out.
